CTBR Technology (Cooling Tower Blowdown Recovery)

The CTBR system is a water treatment technology that reuses blow-down water of cooling water, and is an eco-friendly water treatment technology to realize carbon dioxide reduction through reuse. The CTBR system of HANSU Co., Ltd. is designed to be operated only by adjusting pH without using a separate water treatment product. This is because it can effectively control disturbances caused by fouling and oxidation that occur in the CTBR system through the effect of the cooling water treatment agent contained in the blow-down water of the cooling water.
Cooling water sterilizers of HANSU Co., Ltd. may prevent microorganisms, organic matters and slimes not only in the cooling water system but also in the RO system of CTBR. In addition, because HANSU's cooling water scale inhibitor has an excellent effects and it is not necessary to put into CTBR's RO system additionally.

HANSU's "DW Technology" as one that improves the water repellency on the metal surface adsorbs the products on the metal surface, adsorbs it to the metal surface to create a water repellent environment, converts the condensation in the form of a film into the form of water droplets, improves thermal efficiency and prevents corrosion.
