Pitch Control Agent
Pitch is divided into natural ingredients contained in pulp and synthetic ingredients due to adhesives or chemicals added in the papermaking process, as a major component that affects the paper production process, is dispersed at the colloid status in the pulp or paper making process especially in white water but affects the process and the products by aggregation and becomes large through phase transformation depending on the field conditions.
HANSUs pitch control agent uses a special polymer having excellent reactivity with hydrophobic nonionic substances, attaches and removes pitch components to/from the fiber through pitch component present in the process to the fiber through hydrophobic binding and .is effective in removing the polymer-based pitch, which is mainly an adhesive component.
Product
Fixative
Retention property is a characteristic that indicates the degree to which the raw material of pulp does not fall off when the raw material is sprayed onto the wire in the paper making process and is transferred to the next process while maintaining the attached state. If other fine particles are not aggregated and attached to pulp, the main raw material, they will fall off without remaining on the wire, which leads to loss of raw materials.
Fixative is a product used to increase retention, mainly consists of high molecular polymers that have a positive charge in water or have cationic properties suitable for the ionic properties in the process water.
HANSUs fixative is divided into anionic and cationic products and improves retention by using 2 products in combination.
Product
Antiscalant
Among the papermaking process, the cooking process is one that makes wood chips into pulp through chemical treatment, and the additives to be injected differ depending on the type of pulp.
Depending on the additives used in cooking, calcium carbonate scale is generated in the process, which is attaches to the process, reduces heat exchange efficiency and causes other problems.
In addition, calcium carbonate scale may occur in the press process and, if the problem continues without correction, the felt is damaged and the process productivity is reduced.
HANSU has a antiscalant that can remove various scale components generated during the papermaking process, which ensures process stability through excellent prevention and improves heat exchange efficiency and equipment service life.
Product
Degassing Agent
Foaming occurs due to various causes during the process and various salts in surfactants and suspended materials typically contribute to foam activation.
In addition, foams are generated due to the chemical reaction of physical foreign substances, microorganisms, and various additives in the process, generated by the mechanical manipulation of the process and dried pulp.
Especially, micro-foams are continuously generated from the inside rather than the foams generated above the interface as foams are stabilized when several substances are mixed in the papermaking process and these micro-foams interfere with the uniform dispersion of raw materials and prevent dehydration, which causes problems in the products.
In order to solve this problem, HANSU applies a degassing agent to remove fine foam particles from the fibers, to combine them into large foams, and to induce the degassing action for destroying the foams floating on the surface.
Product
Disinfectant
Disinfectant is used to remove slimes caused by various microorganisms produced in the papermaking process.
HANSU has the technology to generate an active chloramine called FUZZICIDE using an ammonium salt as a stabilizer in a widely used hypochlorous acid disinfectant. FUZZICIDE generated like this improves the sterilization durability to ensure they stay in the process for a longer time by increasing the sterilization durability.
In addition, the Company is equipped with a dedicated injection equipment capable of real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of injection volume to provide convenience in use and easy management.
